Who we are

A strategic bridge between institutions and opportunity.

Touchbearer Educational Consult Ltd was established in 2012 around a clear understanding of a major challenge facing many African institutions: having development needs does not always mean having access to the expertise, funding, technology, equipment, partnerships and implementation capacity required to address them.

We operate at the intersection of education, technical and vocational skills development, institutional transformation, executive capacity building, resource mobilisation and strategic partnerships — helping organisations move from identifying challenges to developing workable programmes, securing appropriate partnerships, mobilising resources and implementing initiatives capable of producing measurable results.

Our work is particularly focused on strengthening institutions so that they can become more competitive, sustainable and better positioned to benefit from opportunities within Nigeria and the international development environment.

What we do

Eight service pillars.
One integrated platform.

Most firms address education, funding, partnerships and institutional strengthening separately. Touchbearer combines them under one professional platform so clients can move from strategy to outcome without changing partners.

Specialisation

Deep focus on TVET development.

Technical and Vocational Education and Training is one of Touchbearer's major areas of strategic focus. We recognise that effective TVET cannot depend solely on classroom instruction — modern technical education requires strong connections between institutions, industry, government, technology providers, development partners and the private sector.

Our approach focuses on building institutions that produce relevant skills while creating mechanisms for sustainability and practical industry engagement. Our objective is to help TVET institutions become more industry-responsive, financially sustainable, technologically equipped and internationally connected.

Our Consulting Approach

Training should not end when participants leave the classroom.

Our five-stage methodology moves clients from identifying a problem to developing a practical response and pursuing measurable results.

Stage 01 Identify

We examine the client's challenges, institutional needs and development opportunities.

Stage 02 Develop

We design practical strategies, programmes and interventions suited to the identified requirements.

Stage 03 Connect

We identify relevant stakeholders, funding sources, technical partners, institutions and other resources.

Stage 04 Implement

Where engaged to do so, we support the execution and coordination of agreed programmes.

Stage 05 Measure

We assess progress and outcomes to determine whether the intervention is producing meaningful value.
